Data Collection

We do not receive personal information through Fast:Protocol. You do not create an account or provide your name or email address to use the app.

Data Storage

The app stores your Normal day, Weekly plans, one-day changes, notification choices, appearance settings, and time format on your device. We do not operate a server or database that receives this data.

Analytics and Tracking

Fast:Protocol does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not track how you use the app.

External Links

The app can open your email app, its App Store review page, and a Johns Hopkins Medicine safety guide when you choose those actions. Fast:Protocol does not send your plans or settings to those services. Their privacy policies apply after you leave the app.

Notifications

If you grant permission, Fast:Protocol can notify you when eating hours begin and one hour before they end. Your device schedules these notifications without an external notification server.

Widgets

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read your current answer and schedule from a shared app group on your device. The app does not transmit this widget data.

Children's Privacy

Fast:Protocol is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update it on this page with a new effective date.
